Reservations, Booking Modifications and Cancellations:

Reservations/Bookings are made through the online platform or through email confirmation. Modifications concerning the number of nights can be made subject to availability only. There are different cancellation rules according to the rented house. Please ask for specific cancellation rules when making your reservation.

Problems concerning the reservation/booking:

If the required property is for any given reason unavailable for the dates initially booked, Trip2Portugal will offer/suggest a different property with similar lodging conditions. If a similar option is not agreed upon, a hotel of your choice will be considered and costs shall be covered by Trip2Portugal equalling the total amount agreed upon reservation. Moreover, if a re-routing of guests is not possible then a full refund of the initial amount agreed upon reservation will take place.

Check-in and check-out:

Normally check-in is from 4pm to 6pm and check-out’s from 8am to 10am, but it can be settled different hours if there aren’t hosts checking-in the same day. General Obligations and Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for their behaviour and that of all the people accompanying them. Most properties are located in residential buildings, therefore legal noise levels should be respected. Trip2Portugal reserves the right to take necessary action if and when complaints are made on behalf of the resident community regarding guest misconduct. If necessary action is required and guests are asked to leave then no possible refund will take place. Guests are liable to costs associated with damage to the properties.

General rights and obligations of Trip2Portugal:

Trip2Portugal is responsible for information and pictures posted on the internet site. However, when not duly communicated by property owners, it shall not be liable for a lacking of equipment or any refurbishing/aesthetic alterations which may occur at any given time. Trip2Portugal works exclusively as an intermediate in leasing non-permanent residential property for short periods of time in accordance with paragraph 3 of article 1095 of the Portuguese Civil Code.
